What if a purpose, a cause, a reason for humanitarian hope was added to the term? What then would process through your neural network?

Words to consider.

VERITÉ
An independent non-profit organization monitoring international labor rights abuses in off-shore production sites.

NGO
Non-governmental organization. Referring to a legally constituted, non-governmental organization created by natural or legal persons with no participation or representation of any government.

FAIR TRADE
An organized social movement and market-based approach that aims to help producers in developing countries and promote sustainability.

LABOR RIGHTS
Labor rights or workers' rights are a group of legal rights and claimed human rights having to do with labor relations between workers and their employers, usually obtained under labor and employment law. In general, these rights' debates have to do with negotiating workers' pay, benefits, and safe working conditions.

CISCO
Cisco Systems, Inc is an American multinational corporation that designs and sells consumer electronics, networking and communications technology and services.

GLOBAL INTERCONNECTEDNESS
Or globalization, describes an ongoing process by which regional economies, societies, and cultures have become integrated through a globe-spanning network of communication and execution.

CSR
Corporate social responsibility is a form of corporate self-regulation integrated into a business model. Ideally, CSR policy would function as a built-in, self-regulating mechanism whereby business would monitor and ensure its adherence to law, ethical standards, and international norms. Business would embrace responsibility for the impact of their activities on the environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public sphere. Furthermore, business would proactively promote the public interest by encouraging community growth and development, and voluntarily eliminating practices that harm the public sphere, regardless of legality. Essentially, CSR is the deliberate inclusion of public interest into corporate decision-making, and the honoring of a triple bottom line: People, Planet, Profit.

HUMANITARIANISM
An ethic of kindness, benevolence and sympathy extended universally and impartially to all human beings

PERCEPTION
The process of attaining awareness or understanding of sensory information.

TRANSPARENCY
As used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability.

PSYCHO-GRAPHIC
Psycho-graphic variables are any attributes relating to personality, values, attitudes, interests, or lifestyles. They are also called IAO variables (for Interests, Activities, and Opinions). They can be contrasted with demographic variables (such as age and gender), behavioral variables (such as usage rate or loyalty), and firmographic variables (such as industry, seniority and functional area).

CONNECTION
A link, joining, the act of bringing two things into contact (especially for communication).

CANDOR
Frankness or sincerity of expression; openness. Freedom from prejudice; impartiality.

CLARITY
Free from obscurity and easy to understand; the comprehensibility of clear expression.

HOPE
The feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best.

FGF (Feel Good Factor)
Causing or characterized by a feeling of self-satisfaction.

CONSCIENCE
Motivation deriving logically from ethical or moral principles that govern a person's thoughts and actions.

PURE
Separate from all heterogeneous or extraneous matter; free from mixture or combination; clean; mere; simple; unmixed. The essence.

ORGANIC
Simple, pure, healthful, close to nature. Characteristic of, pertaining to, or derived from living organisms.

'COOL'
Hip, youthful, fresh.

VALUES
Beliefs of a person or social group in which they have an emotional investment (either for or against something).
